Application:

The skinning machine is mainly designed to peel pork skin. It is suitable for other meat processing in the meat industry, such as beef, poultry, fish, etc.

ESM-48:

Used for peeling ham, pork belly, thick beef &hard rib, cattle sirloin & hip tip trimming, beef strip, shark, etc.

EVM-72:

Used to remove thicker membrane and part of poultry skin.

EVM-96:

Use to remove thinner membrane, catfish and most poultry.
