Application:
The machine integrate three functions of slicer, grinder and lifter for frozen meat (-10℃-0℃).
Product structure:
PLC transducer control, slice knife height is 40mm, sliced meat thickness is 20mm. Cutter head rolling cut;
It can cut 40kg standard frozen meat block into sliced meat and different size minced meat;
The meat do not need thaw, it can keep good taste and save nutrition;
The multifunction machine also can grind fresh meat if only use grinder function.
